Next Generation Manufacturing Workshop Slated for BioProcess International Conference
On Sept. 15, researchers and other key personnel affiliated with the AIM-Bio program will present the “Accelerated Next Generation Manufacturing” workshop at the BioProcess International Conference 2025 in Boston. Funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, AIM-Bio is a six-year, $27 million collaborative program between North Carolina State University and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) that addresses the future needs of the biopharmaceutical industry.
As AIM-Bio concludes its sixth and final year, its leaders will come together in the BioProcess International workshop to share both knowledge gained during the program and a vision for the future of biomanufacturing. AIM-Bio has supported significant research and education programs, and this workshop provides participants with a unique opportunity to learn about accelerated next generation manufacturing. Workshop topics range from upstream and downstream manufacturing to next generation integrated processes, analytics, workforce education and more.
