Chris Smith holds an MS in Molecular, Cellular, and Systemic Physiology as well as an MBA in Marketing. He has 3 years experience in a molecular laboratory setting and over 8 years of collegiate recruitment experience from his time as an athlete and coach for the Men’s and Women’s Swim Team at Southern Illinois University. During his time as a coach for the SIU swim team, he was  involved with recruitment, mentorship, and coordinating schedules of student athletes. Chris joins BTEC after working in Raleigh at the industry leading PK/PD analysis drug development company, Pharsight. He served in a business development and consultative position at Pharsight as the North American Account Manager in charge of commercial accounts throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico.
