Undergraduate Scholarships

BTEC offers scholarships to students pursuing a minor or a certificate in biomanufacturing. Scholarships start at $5,000 per student per year. Donors are asked to make a four-year funding commitment. For larger gifts, sponsors may consider an endowment as it establishes certain, steady support in perpetuity. Examples of scholarship gift recognition include:

Graduate Fellowship

A graduate fellowship provides recipients with financial and professional support designed to allow them to focus fully on their studies. Typically, it includes full or partial tuition coverage, a competitive stipend for living expenses, or other financial support. Fellows and sponsoring companies also often benefit from direct engagement through mentorship, internship opportunities, networking events, or collaborative research experiences.

BTEC Bridge Scholarship

Specialized professional training is often a key differentiator that helps a candidate secure their next role. However, for professionals facing a significant career shift, such as navigating a layoff or pivoting to biomanufacturing from a different field, employer funding for training is not available.

The BTEC Bridge Scholarships support professionals who need financial assistance to gain access to the Center’s biomanufacturing training during times of transition to prevent top talent from exiting the industry. Learn more here.
